Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Custom Orders

Custom lash orders and personalized hair extensions are fulfilled within 1 business day. Custom orders may not be eligible for return (see Returns below).

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Standard Shipping (USPS): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping available at checkout for an additional fee
  • Free shipping on orders over $50 (contiguous US only)

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.

Returns Policy

Retail Products

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for lash products and cosmetics. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized lash orders
  • Opened Ink Armor aftercare products
  • Digital downloads and beauty guides
  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)

PMU Services

All PMU services are non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward the total service cost.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@redinkcosmetics.store with your order number and photos of the item.

Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Defective or Damaged Products

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

PMU Deposit Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment.
